Until We Write Again . . .

        I have this circle of blog friends;

        Who mean the world to me;

        Some days I “write” and “write,”

        And other days, I let them be.

When I see each name download;

I view the message they’ve sent;

I know they’ve thought of me that day,

And “well wishes” were their intent.

                                          I am so blessed to have these friends,

                                              With whom I’ve grown so close;

                                        So this little poem I dedicate to them,

                                          Because to me they are the “Most!”

                                                                                     So to you, my friends, I would like to say,

                                                                                     Thank you for being a part

                                                                                     Of all my daily contacts;

                                                                                     This comes right from the heart.

God bless you all is my prayer today;

I am blessed to call you “friend;”

I pray the Lord will keep you safe

Until we write again.

    I love this! I almost got emotional. What a wild and wonderful ride this has been!

    • I agree! Althouh I was overwhelmed at first, I must admit that I enjoyed every WACY minute of it! As I said in my post about Monday’s class, I could not think of a better way to have spent my summer. I had a blast in this class and learned soooo much from each and everyone. I know I am a better student, teacher, and person because of it.

      Glad you like the poem. I thought it was oh so appopriate for what I was feeling about this class and all of the wonderful people in it 🙂

    I’m with wacmrsl! I almost got emotional reading this post! What a special way of summing up how much our blogging has meant. As Dr. Woodworth said, we have all been tainted. We will never be the same, now. GOOD! It’s about time to spread the WAC-Key-ness! Thanks for your contribution to our journey!
